**General Job Description:** ------------------------------ The Senior Social Media Specialist will be responsible for executing and supporting the digital content strategy of Academia Foguete and its experts, ensuring consistent publishing, strategic alignment, and aesthetic excellence. This role requires creativity, organization, strong writing skills, performance-oriented content vision, and the ability to execute quickly, collaborating closely with audiovisual, traffic/sales, and product teams. The Senior Social Media Specialist participates in editorial planning, develops scripts and copy, tracks trends, and monitors essential metrics—ensuring continuous improvement and contributing to making digital a dynamic channel for building authority, engaging our community, and generating demand. **Responsibilities** **Technical Competencies:** Practical knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn). Strong writing skills and mastery of copywriting applied to digital content. Knowledge of storytelling and narrative construction for establishing authority. Ability to create scripts for Reels, Stories, and short videos. Understanding of social selling and conversion-focused content. Ability to track basic metrics (reach, engagement, retention, clicks). Editorial calendar organization and delivery management. Proficiency with tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Google Drive. Experience with publishing and management tools (Mlabs, Meta Business Suite, or similar).
