




Job Summary: We are looking for a Multimedia Designer to join our Marketing team, focused on creating visual and audiovisual assets that strengthen the brand and drive results. Therefore, we are seeking a **Multimedia Designer for our Marketing team**, to integrate the Marketing team with a focus on creating visual and audiovisual assets that strengthen the brand, support strategic campaigns, and maximize communication and performance outcomes. This professional will work closely with marketing and creative teams, ensuring visual consistency, creativity, and delivery efficiency. Do you identify with this? Join the Paciente360 team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Creation of graphic and audiovisual assets for social media (static formats and videos). * Development of creatives for paid traffic (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, among others), considering performance best practices and A/B testing. * Adaptation of marketing campaigns across different formats and channels. * Creation and adaptation of assets for: Email marketing Landing pages Institutional and commercial materials (presentations, one-pagers, banners, etc.) * Visual support for product launches, events, activations, and special initiatives. * Ensuring visual consistency and correct application of brand identity across all touchpoints. * Collaboration with content and media teams to translate strategic concepts into clear and engaging visual assets. * Organization and management of creative files, versions, and deliverables. * Monitoring of design, motion, and digital format trends, proposing continuous improvements. * Adjustments and optimizations of assets based on internal feedback and campaign performance results. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** * Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related fields. * Prior experience as a Multimedia Designer or Art Designer (mid-level). * Proficiency in key creative tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects Canva Premiere or similar video editing tools * Experience creating assets for social media and paid media. * Knowledge of motion design and video editing for digital formats. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. * Ability to interpret strategic briefs and transform them into effective visual solutions. **You’ll stand out with these differentiators:** * Experience in performance- and conversion-oriented design. * Knowledge of formats and specifications across various media platforms. * Basic understanding of UX/UI to support landing page development. * Experience in digital marketing environments, agencies, or in-house marketing teams. **Additional Information** Our work model is **hybrid**, located in the Vila Olímpia neighborhood of São Paulo/SP.
