If you are passionate about engaging people, have a keen eye for visual details, and know how to translate company culture into practical actions, this role is for you! **Key Responsibilities** **Planning and Internal Marketing:** Develop and execute communication strategies that reinforce organizational culture. **Content Creation:** Draft announcements, newsletters, and internal campaigns with clarity and empathy. **Audiovisual:** Capture and edit videos of internal initiatives, and photograph corporate events for engagement purposes. **Graphic Design:** Develop digital assets such as wallpapers, desktop backgrounds, and visuals for internal channels. **Events:** Plan, support, and cover internal events end-to-end. **Vendor Management:** Source quotes and oversee services provided by partners for events and promotional items. **Strategic Interface:** Collaborate across departments and with the Marketing team to ensure brand voice consistency (internally and externally). **Required Qualifications and Knowledge** To excel in this role, we seek someone with: **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Advertising, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related fields. **Writing:** Full command of the Portuguese language and ability to adapt tone of voice for diverse audiences. **Design and Editing Software:** Intermediate proficiency in tools such as Canva and video editors (e.g., CapCut). **Photography and Video:** Basic knowledge of framing, lighting, and image capture using smartphones and/or professional cameras. **Organization:** Ability to manage multiple projects, events, and vendors simultaneously. **Interpersonal Profile:** Proactivity in interacting across departments and ease communicating with individuals at all hierarchical levels.
