Focus on organization and attention to detail. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Support the development of schedules, action plans, meeting minutes, and reports; * Update task statuses in project management tools; * Conduct follow\-ups with involved departments to ensure basic alignment on deadlines; * Attend meetings and document decisions and key points; * Support projects across various domains (e.g., Privacy, GRC, Security, Operations) by performing operational tasks; * Contribute to the organization, standardization, and maintenance of project documentation; * Prepare simple materials for presentations and announcements. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * Experience with project management tools; * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
