Here, all work is multidisciplinary, and every challenge is unique! **We are looking for an Offshore Occupational Safety Supervisor for one of our units:** \#LI\-TR1 \#LI\-ONSITE **Responsibilities and Duties** * Immediately report to the unit manager any real or potential risks observed during the execution of any activity, halting operations if the risk is imminent. * Train, guide, and form part of the unit’s emergency response team for specific response actions, organizing and participating in emergency drills and simulations. * Deliver safety and environmental awareness lectures and training sessions as required. * Coordinate and support the unit manager and other departments on actions related to safety, health, and environmental policies. * Promote safety culture through initiatives designed to foster safety among our employees, aiming to disseminate safety principles and process safety fundamentals. * Coordinate audits of work permits and inspections of safety equipment and systems. * Monitor compliance with the onboard team’s Training Matrix. * Ensure that the safety technicians’ team is trained and qualified to apply management tools such as Greendocs, procedures, digital PT system, observation cards, incident records, routine inspections, checklists, risk analyses, work permits, among others, via internally defined training programs established by organizational procedures. * Contribute to and facilitate accident/incident investigations alongside operations, proposing improvement actions using effective analytical techniques to ensure reduction and/or elimination of undesirable events. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic background (degree if required or technical course);** * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety. **Previous experience desired and/or mandatory;** * Solid experience as an Offshore Occupational Safety Technician, including team leadership. **Additional Information** **What is the selection process like at PRIO?** We like getting to know you before the interview, so we ask you to complete some assessments during the registration stage to evaluate your cultural fit with PRIO :) Next, our HR team will schedule a conversation with you.
