Preparing monitoring reports and dashboards Description: We are seeking an Engineering Intern to work in the Procurement Department, contributing to the analysis, organization, and monitoring of material and service procurement processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, good communication abilities, and an interest in developing competencies in management and negotiation. Main Responsibilities * Support quotation and commercial proposal analysis; * Assist in controlling and updating procurement tracking spreadsheets; * Conduct market research and supplier identification; * Support price analysis; * Assist the team with administrative tasks within the department; * Prepare monitoring reports and dashboards for key performance indicators. Requirements * Currently enrolled in the 2nd year or later of an Engineering program (Production, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related fields); * Intermediate English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking for routine work); * Advanced Excel skills; * Basic data analysis knowledge (Power BI, Google Sheets, or similar tools are advantageous); * Organizational skills, proactivity, and strong communication ability.
