The professional will be responsible for conducting cost analysis and estimation in engineering projects, ensuring the financial viability of construction projects. Responsibilities: * Analyze engineering projects and prepare detailed cost estimates * Monitor construction progress and adjust cost estimates as necessary * Prepare cost reports and present results to the management team * Identify cost reduction opportunities and propose efficient solutions Requirements: * Degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields * Prior experience in civil construction cost estimation * Strong negotiation and client relationship skills * Proficiency in project management and cost estimation software * Advanced Excel knowledge * Analytical and organizational abilities with a results-oriented focus * Excellent communication and negotiation skills Preferred Qualifications: * Basic knowledge of structural design and civil construction projects. * Familiarity with other civil engineering-related software tools, such as ERP Sienge. * Willingness to travel.
