If you want to join a company boldly shaping the future, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Planning and Performance Analyst focused on business analysis; * Responsible for supporting the transformation of data into strategic insights and decision-making; * Will structure market analyses, monitor performance indicators, and communicate results through effective storytelling; * Support B2B Planning Management in analytical processes involving data collection, simulations, identification of problems and opportunities to improve B2B performance; * Monitor forecast behavior against actuals of underlying assumptions, aiming to identify and discuss occasional distortions, prepare and present results, projections, and strategic simulations to anticipate company outcomes; * Provide direct support in delivering performance results and justifications against targets; create management analysis reports for leadership; * Translate data into strategic narratives for diverse internal audiences; * Create automated dashboards and management reports for leadership; * Experience in analytical areas within the B2B segment (planning, pricing, market intelligence, BI), data interpretation skills, strategic communication ability, analytical mindset, results orientation, proactivity, organization/discipline, teamwork, and sense of urgency. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree; strong knowledge of storytelling, PowerPoint, and Excel required; * SQL experience and performance analysis experience preferred; * Academic background in exact sciences, such as Engineering, Economics, Administration, or related fields; * MBA and/or Master’s degree preferred; * Experience in planning and management; * Knowledge of statistics and AI is a plus; * Analytical capability and strategic vision for decision-making; * Proactivity and problem-solving skills; * Results orientation and goal achievement focus. **Additional Information** **And more — check out our benefits package:** * Health and Dental Plan – Bradesco – extendable to dependents * PAE \- Financial assistance for dependent children and/or stepchildren with intellectual disabilities * Pharmacy Program .
