Strategic focal point for interactions with public agencies and internal departments A clinic specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis is seeking a Licensing and Regulatory Compliance Analyst in Rio de Janeiro. Contingente ABA Clinic specializes in therapies based on Applied Behavior Analysis. It provides services for children and adults with special needs, focusing on patient development and well-being. **Responsibilities:** Request, monitor, and renew: Operating permits; Municipal and state licenses; Sanitary authorizations (where applicable). Monitor deadlines, requirements, and pending items with competent authorities. Submit documents and track processes until final approval. Health-sector registrations. Manage and keep the CNES (National Registry of Health Establishments) updated: Facility registration; Inclusion, exclusion, and updating of professionals; Updating structural and operational data. Address requirements and inconsistencies flagged by the system. Professional councils. Review, validate, and archive professionals' documents: CRP (Psychology Council Registration); CREFITO (Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Council Registration); Other applicable professional councils. Ensure all professionals are duly registered and authorized to practice. Request documents, monitor renewals, and resolve pending issues. Control, organization, and compliance. Establish and maintain controls for: Mandatory documents; Expiration dates; Submission records and proof of submission; Set renewal and expiration alerts; Organize physical and digital files. Serve as the focal point between the clinic, accounting, legal, and public agencies. Strategic interface. Support the regulatory aspects of opening new units. Provide support to senior management on regulatory matters. Anticipate risks and identify non-conformities.
