Maintenance of customer records Provide customer service via telephone support regarding complaints, needs, and inquiries related to installation and maintenance services for water heaters, refrigeration units, hydraulic pumps, pressure boosters, etc., as well as their electrical components, aiming for excellence in the technical assistance provided by the company. Provide customer service regarding complaints, needs, and inquiries related to installation and maintenance services for water heaters, refrigeration units, hydraulic pumps, pressure boosters, and other equipment/machines supplied by the company, as well as their respective electrical components, confirming and recording data via the system, indicating procedures, scheduling technical visits, informing service dates, opening Service Orders for technical support, advising on payment methods for invoices, explaining amounts and interest charges, and performing other activities, all aiming for excellence in the technical assistance provided by the company; Create and maintain up-to-date customer records; Issue service orders for technical support related to installation and maintenance of refrigeration units, water heaters, hydraulic pumps, pressure boosters, etc., scheduling and confirming their execution; Maintain the service order file for subsequent verification; Perform statistical tracking of service orders; Carry out other activities of similar nature and complexity at the discretion of the immediate supervisor.
