Opportunities for growth and continuous development **Job Description:** Responsible for performing carpentry services and minor repairs in hotel facilities, ensuring the proper condition of furniture, doors, windows, and other wooden structures. Also provides support in electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks, ensuring appropriate functionality and presentation of operational and social areas. **Main Responsibilities:** ✅ Perform carpentry services, including assembly, repair, and maintenance of furniture, doors, baseboards, door frames, and wooden structures; ✅ Perform sanding, varnish application, painting, and finishing on wooden surfaces; ✅ Carry out minor repairs on walls, ceilings, and partitions using filler, paint, and other finishing materials; ✅ Perform simple electrical tasks (e.g., replacing light bulbs, outlets, switches) and plumbing tasks (e.g., replacing faucets, valves, fixing leaks); ✅ Support preventive and corrective maintenance in common areas, guest rooms, and operational departments; ✅ Ensure workshop and work materials are well-maintained and organized; ✅ Control proper usage and storage of tools, equipment, and supplies; ✅ Respond promptly and effectively to internal maintenance requests; ✅ Work in accordance with safety, hygiene, and proper PPE usage standards; ✅ Participate in training sessions and follow company procedures; ✅ Perform other duties compatible with this role as directed by management. **What You Will Receive:** ✔️ Salary **above market average** \+ hazard pay (**30**%); ✔️ **Schedule**: 5 days on / 2 days off; **Working Hours**: 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM; ✔️ Opportunities for growth and **continuous development**.
