We are hiring a Production Assistant to work in our industrial kitchen specialized in cake production. We seek individuals who are committed, organized, and willing to collaborate as a team, assisting in all stages of preparing our products. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing doughs, fillings, and frostings according to recipes; * Assemble and decorate cakes according to company standards; * Weigh and separate ingredients; * Package and label finished products; * Clean utensils, equipment, and work surfaces; * Follow good food handling practices and food safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in kitchens, baking, or pastry (preferred but not mandatory); * Attention to detail, agility, and commitment to quality and hygiene; * Ability to work effectively in a team. **Advantages:** * Experience in producing cakes, pies, or desserts; * Certification in good food handling practices. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal/food allowance (after probation period); * Food basket (after probation period).
