**About the Position:** We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and gastronomy-passionate individual to support our cooking team. Your mission will be to ensure perfect *mise en place* (preparation) so that service runs smoothly, swiftly, and with high quality. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Pre\-preparation and cutting** of food items (vegetables, meats, poultry, fish, seasonings, and sauces) following the restaurant’s technical sheets. * Assist in plating, finishing, and presenting dishes during service. * Maintain organization, inventory, and restocking of your workstation. * Ensure cleanliness and proper sanitation of utensils, work surfaces, and equipment used. * Monitor ingredient expiration dates and appropriately label stored food items. **Requirements:** * **Basic knife skills** and simple cutting techniques. * Mental and physical agility to handle peak-hour rush. * Ability to follow instructions and recipes attentively. * Basic knowledge of good hygiene and food handling practices (ANVISA). * *Preferred:* Prior experience in restaurants, bars, snack bars, or buffets. * *Preferred:* Food Handling Certification or Technical Gastronomy course (even if still in progress). **What We Offer:** * On\-site meals. * Transportation allowance.
