We seek individuals who value teamwork, always prioritizing ethics and excellence in their deliverables. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the analysis team in company coverage, adopting an integrated perspective across credit and equity; * Assist in preparing sectoral, financial, and qualitative analyses of companies followed by the team; * Support the assessment of financial statements, operational metrics, capital structure, cash generation, indebtedness, and payment capacity of companies; * Contribute to the preparation of materials, reports, and presentations containing recommendations, scenarios, and key analytical conclusions. * Conduct market research, monitor news, material events, quarterly results, and sectoral developments. * Support the updating of models, databases, internal controls, and monitoring materials for covered companies. Interact with the team to organize information, build comparative analyses, and support investment discussions. * Support the team on operational requests and diverse projects, ensuring quality, attention to detail, and timely delivery. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering; * Availability to intern for 6 hours per day; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail; * Effective verbal and written communication skills; * Eagerness to learn, proactivity, and a strong sense of responsibility; * Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior internship experience, involvement in junior enterprises, scientific initiation, academic projects, or extracurricular activities; * Knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation, or database manipulation; * Experience in data analysis, dashboard development, KPIs, or reporting; * Submission of samples, portfolios, case studies, or practical projects developed; * Certifications related to the field of work or financial markets. **What Warren Offers You** An innovative culture with multidisciplinary teams and a flat organizational structure, focused on developing the best solutions for our users.
