Description

Serves customers in the restaurant dining area, responsible for beverage and food service, order pickup, and cleaning of tables and the dining area. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Participates in cleaning routines, opening, and closing procedures for the section according to the work schedule; **Executes the service and hospitality standards required by the establishment;** Uses service techniques, protocols, and scripts (refer to the Service Manual); **Responsible for tableside customer service;** Delivers full table service with quality, safety, and adherence to service standards; **Reports to the team leader any items not in perfect condition (chipped or cracked crockery, bent cutlery or cutlery with broken tips, etc.) for appropriate action;** Guides customers on the establishment's systems, suggests products, and supports sales; **Enters beverage orders into the system and forwards them to the kitchen;** Serves beverages at the table; **Performs continuous table cleaning;** Organizes the dining area, sterilizes equipment, and prepares the ménage; **Ensures hygiene and proper condition of dining area equipment and utensils;** Maintains personal uniform cleanliness and good condition; **Assists with cashier duties when required.** One day off per week and one Sunday per month (6x1 schedule). Sunday to Wednesday: 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM; Thursday until midnight; Friday and Saturday until 1:00 AM.
