We are seeking a committed, proactive Oncology Pharmacist with experience in oncology to join our team. Responsibilities: Prepare formulations according to prescriptions and/or supervise procedures to ensure required quality; Ensure compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in the areas of prescription, sanitation, preparation, labeling, and dispatch; Prepare and archive work maps for formulation according to prescriptions; Verify all actions performed by technicians; Control receipt, registration, and forwarding of e\-mails to generate prescriptions; Control dispatch regarding delivery of compounded products; Verify dispensation of compounded medications and support; Sign and release compounded medications; Evaluate prescriptions according to protocols Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; Postgraduate degree in Oncology; Active registration with the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF); Experience in the oncology field; Knowledge of sanitary legislation and Good Practices for Handling Chemotherapeutic Agents.
