Together, let’s build the world’s best health community! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Build, review, and optimize pricing models considering operational costs, clinical indicators, benchmarks, and corporate goals. * Simulate pricing and elasticity scenarios, assessing impact on margin, profitability, and operational viability. * Ensure pricing methodologies align with strategic guidelines and service positioning. * Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, and Finance teams in decision-making. * Translate complex data into clear analyses and strategic recommendations. * Participate in defining the service portfolio and identifying monetization and differentiation opportunities. * Monitor KPIs related to pricing, margin, costs, and operational performance. * Build executive dashboards and reports for continuous tracking. * Identify deviations, propose adjustments, and support execution of action plans to improve results. * Ensure consistency of pricing policies and standardization of applied criteria. * Establish approval workflows, internal controls, and governance rituals. * Support negotiations and contracts by providing technical analyses and numerical justification. * Map industry pricing trends, practices, and market benchmarks. * Analyze customer behavior, competitiveness, and price sensitivity. * Support analyses for new business models and service expansion. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data analysis tools. * Experience with financial modeling, feasibility analysis, and forecasting. * Knowledge of pricing methodologies for services. * Familiarity with operational indicators, costs, margin, and EBITDA. * Preferred experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). **Additional Information** What do we offer?
