Management of infrastructure and corporate systems projects **Position: Senior Operating Systems Administrator** **Location: Avenida Venezuela, 82 – Saúde – Rio de Janeiro/RJ** **Working Hours: 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM \| 01:00 PM to 05:00 PM** **Expected Start Date: 02/01/2026** **Employment Type: Permanent (CLT)** We are looking for a **Senior Operating Systems Administrator** to operate in a high-complexity environment, focusing on ICT solutions, process modeling, and technical support to internal departments. **Job Responsibilities** ------------------------------- * Propose and support ICT environment solutions according to user needs. * Suggest innovations and technological improvements. * Gather requirements and provide technical support to users. * Support development and maintenance of systems regarding ICT standards. * Create, update, and maintain IT process workflows. * Plan and evaluate system performance/testing. * Inventory systems, software, and hardware using collection and analysis tools. * Define operational requirements for ICT solutions. * Collect and analyze data, generate reports, and automate processes via scripts. * Develop dashboards and data visualizations. * Perform data mining and knowledge discovery processes. * Manage infrastructure and corporate systems projects. * Provide evolutionary/adaptative support for internet/intranet content. * Document implemented solutions in accordance with SGQ. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor's degree in Exact Sciences. * Postgraduate degree in Exact Sciences. * Project Management specialization is desirable. * Minimum of **7 years** of experience in the field of study. * Minimum of **5 years** of experience in related activities. * Computer literacy: basic level. **Behavioral Competencies** -------------------------------- * Clear and objective communication. * Ability to argue effectively. * Assertive decision-making. * Proactivity and dynamism. * Analytical profile with focus on incident resolution. **Compensation Package** ------------------------- * **Salary: R$ 4\.419,77** * **Meal Allowance** – R$ 35.00 (1% deduction) * **Transportation Allowance** * **SESC Membership** * **Life Insurance** **Additional Information** ---------------------- * Flexible working hours Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
