Job Summary: The professional will monitor contractual performance indicators, plan logistics operations, support planning activities, and serve as the liaison between internal teams and the client's supervision team. Focus on dedication, discipline, efficiency, and integrity in management Monitor contractual performance indicators and compliance, plan logistics operations, and support sector activity planning. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Act as the liaison for coordination with departments and internal teams; * Respond to requests from the client's supervision team; * Support scheduled tasks to ensure full compliance with contractual requirements; * Participate in meetings; * Create and update control spreadsheets for teams deployed under the contract; * Arrange travel, confirm crew embarkation schedules, issue embarkation and disembarkation RTs; * Support demand planning related to this position in collaboration with the Logistics Analyst; * Assist in problem resolution; * Register personnel in the client's systems; * Support tracking of team document and training expiration dates; * Monitor contract execution and track contractual performance indicators and compliance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Experience in logistics or warehouse operations; Intermediate knowledge of Excel; * We believe resources are precious and must be managed effectively to ensure sustainability.
