




Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning and organizing dishes, equipment, and kitchen facilities, ensuring hygiene and food safety. Key Highlights: 1. Cleaning and organizing kitchen utensils and areas 2. Applying good food safety practices 3. Setting up and dismantling dining areas * Washing/cleaning dishes, pots, and kitchen utensils manually and/or using a dishwasher. * Performing general cleaning of kitchen premises and facilities, including equipment, dining areas, pantries, and all Areas A & B and food-handling circulation zones. * Collecting waste, sorting/separating it, and delivering it to designated recycling locations. * Applying food safety best practices relevant to the area; • Cleaning, sorting, organizing, and storing kitchen materials and utensils. * Setting up and dismantling dining areas, arranging/removing plates, cutlery, and napkins, as well as transporting and positioning food-containing sinks in appropriate areas. * Performing other related duties as required by the department.
