Job Request Number: 106686 Working Hours: Full Time **JOB OPENING: JUNIOR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE ANALYST** Work Model: On-site / Rio de Janeiro - RJ **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor import and export customs clearance operations to ensure service levels comply with procedures defined in SOP/Contract, aiming to meet customer needs and achieve DSV’s established performance targets; * Manage information flow for customs clearance operations conducted by our commercial partners, such as carriers, port terminals & airports, monitoring daily processes for our customers to ensure operational excellence and meet customer expectations; * Liaise with government agencies including the Ministry of Finance, Federal Revenue Service (Superintendence and Inspection Offices), IBAMA, INMETRO, SUEXT (Subsecretariat for Foreign Trade Operations), CNEM (National Nuclear Energy Commission), MEX (Ministry of the Army), Federal Police, ANVISA, ANP (National Agency of Petroleum), MCP, MDIC (Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade), ensuring customs regulatory compliance and keeping customers updated on shipment status; * Support implementation and operational reengineering projects, ensuring necessary information is obtained to initiate or adjust customs clearance operations, aiming for operational excellence and meeting customer expectations; * Collaborate with customers and the finance department to resolve potential financial pending issues, clarifying doubts and providing required documentation to settle/reduce outstanding items; * Address deviations identified in DSV’s internal KPIs—including CMP (file lifespan), OLD JRRD (file lifespan – 3 months), Invoice Speed (invoicing time), Autorating (quotation automation), etc.—for files under your responsibility, aiming to achieve DSV’s targets. **EDUCATION:** * High school diploma or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, International Relations, Engineering, or related fields; **LANGUAGES:** * Intermediate English. **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum 6 months’ experience in areas related to international trade. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:** * Knowledge of customs clearance procedures (import and export); * Familiarity with related areas (commercial, billing, customer service, gateways, carriers, terminals, EADIs, etc). **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:** * Communicates effectively; * Collaborates; * Delivers results; * Organized; * Drives vision and purpose. **OUR BENEFITS:** * 13th salary + PPR (Profit Sharing Plan); * Dental care plan – Odontoprev; * Health insurance – Bradesco Saúde; * Meal allowance – Flash card; * Food allowance – Flash card; * Transportation allowance; * Gympass; * Total Pass; * Childcare assistance; * Birthday day off. **WORKING HOURS:** * 08:00 to 17:00, with one-hour lunch break. **DSV – Global Transport and Logistics** Working at DSV means working in a different league.
