Ready to join this team? \#VemSerAssaí **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in preparing meats, poultry, and fish for cooking—cutting, cleaning, weighing, portioning according to requirements, and storing; * Assist in meal preparation—washing, peeling, selecting, chopping, or grinding ingredients; * Assist in preparing simple dishes under supervision, as needed; * Handle loading and unloading of non-perishable food items and restaurant supplies; * Ensure individual and collective safety by using appropriate personal protective equipment during tasks; * Dispose of workplace-generated waste materials; * Sort foods according to the daily menu, verifying appearance, quality, and expiration dates; * Wash and cut foods as instructed; * Support food cooking processes; * Wash kitchen utensils, maintaining workspace organization and cleanliness; * Continuously replenish food items in the cafeteria. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed high school. **Age Range:** Minimum 18 years old. **Experience:** Relevant experience (verified or unverified).
