Precisão is seeking a Commercial Prospector to prospect new condominiums and leasing opportunities, strengthening our presence in the condominium market. Directly contribute to the company’s commercial expansion by identifying opportunities, building strategic connections, and generating new business in the condominium and leasing segments. Key responsibilities: * Prospect new condominiums and leasing clients (Door-to-door) * Conduct active external and internal prospecting * Reactivate leads from the commercial database * Identify syndics, decision-makers, and strategic opportunities * Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team * Support marketing and commercial growth initiatives * Collaborate with the sales team to accelerate results Requirements: * Previous experience as a Prospector in the condominium/real estate segment * Excellent communication and persuasive skills * Proficiency in telephone and face-to-face outreach * Proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented profile * Ability to build relationships and identify opportunities * Familiarity with the condominium and leasing market Compensation and benefits * Salary negotiable \+ Commission * Meal Allowance/Meal Voucher (VA/VR) * Transportation Voucher (VT) * Health and dental insurance * TotalPass Compensation: R$1\.518,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
