Family guidance on basic care Job Responsibilities: Providing patient care and assistance; Medication preparation and administration; Assisting and collaborating in the execution of nursing procedures; Documenting and managing delivered care in accordance with protocols, standards, and safety regulations; Guiding family members on basic care; Maintaining patient hygiene and comfort, including assistance with feeding, mobilization, and vital signs monitoring. Working Hours: 07:00 to 19:00 (12x36 shift schedule) Requirements: * Active COREN registration; * Minimum 1 year of experience in patient care within general clinics, surgical units, or transitional hospitals.
