Job Summary: Work in the Infrastructure Department, providing support for building maintenance, including painting, plumbing, and masonry, as well as assisting with construction projects. Focus on maintenance of facilities and equipment **Position**: **MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT (RJ)** **Responsibilities**: ● Work in the company's Infrastructure Department, providing support for the company's building maintenance activities, performing services such as building painting, plumbing, masonry, and other building maintenance tasks, aiming to keep the company's facilities and equipment in perfect working condition. Participate in building construction projects and assist with tasks directed by the Civil Engineer, Site Supervisor, Construction Inspector, and other superiors. ● Participate in unit construction projects and assist with tasks directed by the Civil Engineer, Site Supervisor, and Construction Inspector; ● Construct structures and walls using bricks, concrete blocks, or stones, following technical specifications and safety standards; ● Prepare and apply mortar for laying masonry materials; ● Use appropriate tools to cut, level, and align bricks or blocks during construction; ● Prepare surfaces for plastering, including cleaning and leveling; ● Apply plaster mortar to create smooth, uniform surfaces on walls and structures; ● Prepare surfaces for installation of finishes, including leveling and application of mortar; ● Install tiles, floor coverings, and porcelain stoneware according to design specifications, ensuring alignment and quality standards; ● Perform other tasks relevant to the department, as directed by management; ● Install electrical conduits and junction boxes for routing and protecting electrical wiring; ● Assemble and install electrical devices such as switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures, in accordance with design specifications and safety regulations. **Education**: Completed elementary education and/or currently enrolled in high school **Desirable Qualifications**: ● Knowledge of building painting, plumbing, masonry, and other building maintenance services; ● Specialization in maintenance; ● NR 35 certification; ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Location**: HAVAI ADVANCED MEDICINE AND DIAGNOSTICS CENTER LOCATED IN BOTAFOGO \- RIO DE JANEIRO/RJ **Working Hours**: 1:40 PM TO 10:00 PM \- 6 DAYS ON, 1 DAY OFF \- REV (220 HOURS) **Salary Range:** From R$ 2\.700,00 to R$ 2\.800,00 **(Approximate value, subject to change)** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.700,00 \- R$2\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Childcare allowance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Education Requirements: * Completed high school (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
