Responsibilities: Recruitment and selection, employee onboarding, internal marketing, organization and delivery of training programs, monitoring and management of HR metrics, preparation of the annual budget, job and salary administration, performance management, and managerial reporting. Timekeeping administration, payroll processing, benefits procurement, and labor-related statutory obligations. Management of occupational health and safety programs and regulations.
