**Job Description:** * We are seeking a Civil Projects and Construction Specialist to develop, monitor, and supervise projects and construction works across Pastore Medical Center units, ensuring functionality, aesthetic standards, and technical compliance of the spaces. **Responsibilities:** * Context focused on medical clinics. * Develop and review architectural projects, ensuring compliance with technical, sanitary, and accessibility standards. * Monitor construction and renovation works from planning through delivery, guaranteeing quality, deadlines, and adherence to project specifications. * Possess the ability to coordinate complementary projects (electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, fire protection, etc.). * Supervise the execution of technical disciplines—including fire protection, air conditioning, electrical, and hydraulic systems—ensuring compliance and integration among solutions. * Conduct surveys, measurements, and technical site visits at units. * Analyze scopes of activities related to maintenance, construction, repairs, and complementary projects. * Support supplier and service provider selection and contracting, monitoring performance and execution. * Analyze supplier budgets and proposals. * Develop and manage spreadsheets, financial controls, and schedules. * Provide integrated technical support to internal company departments. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Architecture or Engineering. * Experience in commercial, clinic, or corporate construction projects within shopping centers. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with SketchUp and Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Benefits Offered:** * Gympass * Life insurance * Professional growth opportunities * Performance bonus: up to **one month’s salary per semester** Employment type: Full-time CLT contract Benefits: * Health insurance * Education allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection question(s): * Are you available for an interview at the Rio de Janeiro city center? * Do you have experience in this field?
