Our focus is on high-end buffet-by-weight services, recognized for exceptional quality and wide variety of dishes, offering one of the city’s finest culinary experiences. Our story began in 1997 in a small roasted chicken shop located in the Alto da Serra neighborhood of Petrópolis. Over time, the owner identified strong customer demand for side dishes such as chicken salad, farofa, and mayonnaise—items that quickly became customer favorites. Soon after, we opened a small pay-by-weight buffet. In 2002, we inaugurated a new unit in the city center, achieving success through outstanding quality and service, thereby securing lasting preference among Petrópolis residents—and now also tourists. Another unit was launched in 2004, located in the heart of the city on one of Petrópolis’ most traditional and prestigious streets: Rua 16 de Março. After years of excellent service and delivering one of the city’s top culinary experiences, we opened a new unit in Itaipava at the beginning of 2021, offering an all-you-can-eat snack and Japanese food buffet, as well as a delicious à la carte menu served during evening hours. In 2023, we inaugurated another unit in Botafogo\-Humaitá, bringing our full quality and expertise to Rio de Janeiro.
