We invest in diversity, innovation, and technology to deliver the best experience of connected energy solutions to each of our 16 million customers! **Work Location:** Rio de Janeiro **Your energy will be vital to:** Supporting the Compliance area in implementing the Compliance System, preparing reports and presentations, handling intake, triage, classification, processing, and supporting investigations of reports received via the whistleblowing channel, performing compliance risk mapping, and contributing to control reviews. Participating in drafting and updating internal policies, promoting training and communication initiatives, responding to employee inquiries, conducting integrity analyses and third-party due diligence during procurement processes, supporting monitoring of recommendations and resolution of non-conformities, executing administrative routines and area controls, and collaborating in certification and recognition processes—thereby strengthening an integrity culture across Neoenergia Group companies and ensuring adherence to the Compliance System guidelines. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, execute, and update compliance risk mapping, covering ethical, corruption, fraud, and other illicit risks; assess mitigating controls; propose improvements; and ensure annual review aligned with the Compliance System and the Compliance Unit’s guidelines; * Conduct integrity analyses and third-party due diligence, evaluating compliance, reputation, integrity, and anti-corruption aspects; record evidence, classifications, and recommendations per internal policies, the due diligence procedure, and the Unit’s guidelines; * Develop and deliver compliance training and capacity-building initiatives, supporting Communications and HR in executing the annual plan and disseminating the Code of Conduct and compliance policies; * Manage the Internal Reporting System and conduct internal investigations—including report triage, classification, processing, inquiry handling, interviews, evidence collection, and monitoring implementation of recommendations until closure—while maintaining confidentiality and whistleblower protection; * Support certification and recognition processes (e.g., Pró\-Ética, ISO 37001\), prepare and submit evidence, respond to integrity questionnaires from stakeholders, ensure accurate corporate information reporting, and prepare technical reports and Unit performance indicators—contributing to the annual Compliance System effectiveness report and reports to the Board of Directors; * Uphold the company’s core values of Health, Safety, Sustainability, and Environment through campaigns and policies, applying these principles across all actions, processes, and directives. **To join our team, you must have:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * MBA desirable; * Advanced English and intermediate Spanish; * Knowledge of compliance programs, regulatory frameworks, and standards (Law No. 12\.846/2013; Decree No. 11\.129/2022, FCPA / UK Bribery Act); ISO 37001 (core concepts); * Expertise in corporate investigations; risk management methodologies (ISO 31000, COSO ERM). **To keep your energy levels high, check out our benefits:** * **Health and Dental Plan**, to care for you and your dependents. * **Food Allowance**, for that well-stocked grocery shopping, or **Meal Voucher**, to enjoy lunch with colleagues; * **Profit and Results Sharing Program**, the most anticipated moment of the year!; * **Extended Maternity Leave**, for a more tranquil postpartum period; * **Paternity Leave**, to stay close to your family during your baby’s first days; * **Totalpass**, for physical activity and renewed energy; * **Language Program**, to improve your skills in another language; * **Private Pension Plan**, for a more secure future; * **Life Insurance**, to support our employees at every stage.
