Sales funnel management and daily follow\-up. Closing fee-based contracts (focus on individuals). Rapid and accurate technical screening. Requirements: Experience in Labor Law (B2C). Naturally commercial, persuasive, and resilient personality. Proficiency in digital tools (WhatsApp Business, CRM, Digital Signature).
