RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide telephone and in-person public service; * Conduct monthly purchases and assist in physical inventory control and organization; * Prepare, organize, and send documents (including invoices) to the accounting department; * Issue payment receipts and collect signatures on documents; * Organize, file, digitize, and control administrative documents; * Assist in issuing invoices; * Make in-person payments to suppliers; * Enter data into financial and inventory control spreadsheets; * Ensure internal communication and circulation of information and supporting materials among departments; * Assist in receiving and filing various documents; * Submit the monthly electronic timekeeping report; * Collect signatures on payment receipts.
