




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for coordinating the development of projects required for issuing construction permits for economic developments, leading the team and ensuring quality and schedule adherence. Mastery of municipal, state, and federal legislation. **Job Mission:** The professional will be responsible for coordinating the development of all projects necessary for issuing construction permits for economic developments, including Legal Projects, LICIN, Land Subdivision Projects (e.g., lotting, parceling), and all complementary projects (SUBCLA, Rio Águas, CET\-RIO, GEO RIO, etc.) required to obtain the appropriate permits from municipal and state authorities in Rio de Janeiro. The professional will lead the development of these projects with the team, ensuring quality and adherence to validated schedule dates. They will also manage third-party contracts and the team’s financial flow. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Experience in developing and coordinating economic projects, including approvals of architectural legal projects, environmental licensing, drainage, slope stabilization, etc.; * Technical analysis of projects and execution of necessary compatibility checks; propose modifications or adaptations to projects when required to achieve alignment and meet essential requirements; * Maintain control over all documents related to the projects; * Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting municipal, state, and federal legislation (including NBR standards and regulations issued by Caixa Econômica Federal); * Recommend best construction practices, technical standards, current legislation, and client interests to projects; * Provide on-site support regarding questions and necessary changes during construction execution; * Conduct bidding processes for hiring designers and monitor contract measurements, controlling payments; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit; * Experience in economic project areas (legal and complementary projects); * Preferred experience in massing study analysis for feasibility of affordable housing condominiums.
