Position: Production Engineer — Hybrid Mode \| Macaé Opportunity open to Persons with Disabilities (PCD) We are looking for Engineering professionals to join our team in Macaé! Main Responsibilities: Developing BI dashboards; Coordinating RTA and RI handling for offshore process optimization; Analyzing, reviewing, and issuing operational reports (Handover and Well Handover) for workover, drilling, and well completion; Monitoring operational performance indicators and supporting the monthly RAC (preparing presentation slides); Assisting with IBAMA infraction reports; Validating and managing technical knowledge via the Lessons system (Lessons Learned); Updating spreadsheet data (achievement matrix and lessons learned tracking); Familiarity with Primavera and MS Project systems is a plus. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering; Minimum 6 months of experience in the oil and gas sector; Data analysis skills; Relevant certifications will be considered a plus. Compensation and Benefits: Salary: R$ 11\.422,00 Additional benefits aligned with market standards.
