Commitment to safety and productivity **Description:** ---------------- **Job Description:** We are hiring a Maintenance Helper to support civil construction activities at our construction sites. We seek proactive professionals willing to perform physical labor and committed to safety and productivity on the construction site. The helper will directly assist masons and other site professionals in preparation and support tasks. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing mortar, concrete, and other materials; * Load, transport, and organize construction materials on-site; * Support the mason in masonry, plastering, concreting, floor and tile installation; * Break walls, dig trenches, and prepare surfaces for construction work; * Clean and organize the work area; * Assemble and disassemble scaffolding (if certified); * Follow instructions from the technical team (mason, foreman, engineer); * Adhere to safety, hygiene, and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). **Benefits:** * Salary: R$1\.603,80 per month * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Safe working environment with opportunities for professional growth. * Employment type: Permanent CLT contract **Requirements:** ----------------- **Requirements:** * Elementary education (desirable but not mandatory); * Prior experience in civil construction projects is a plus, but motivated beginners are also welcome to apply; * Good physical stamina and willingness to perform heavy labor; * Commitment, responsibility, and eagerness to learn; * Ability to work well in a team. * Preferred qualifications (not mandatory): * Experience in medium- or large-scale construction projects; * Familiarity with tools such as concrete mixers, shovels, wheelbarrows, chisels, etc.
