Join us in transforming the future and become part of a story that cares, protects, and makes a difference. **Join our team and build a purpose-driven career!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:** * **Risk Analysis:** * Conduct periodic inspections and audits to identify risks and hazards in workplaces, evaluating safety and health conditions. * Prepare technical reports on safety conditions and propose improvements. * **Safety Program Development:** * Develop and implement accident prevention programs in accordance with the Ministry of Labor’s Regulatory Norms (NR). * Manage emergency plans, evacuation procedures, and first-aid plans. * **Training and Capacity Building:** * Conduct periodic occupational safety training for all employee levels, including formation of emergency brigades and evacuation drills. * Ensure employees receive correct guidance on the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE). * **Technical Consultancy:** * Provide technical guidance on best practices in occupational safety and health; advise leaders and teams on implementing preventive measures in accordance with current regulations. * Monitor proper use of PPE and CPE by workers. * **Accident and Incident Investigation:** * Analyze workplace accidents and incidents, identifying root causes and proposing corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence. * Prepare detailed accident reports as required by law and suggest process improvements to ensure employee safety. * **Safety Indicator Monitoring:** * Monitor and analyze safety indicators (e.g., accident rate, absenteeism due to work-related health issues) and propose corrective action plans to reduce occupational accidents and diseases. * Present reports and results to company leadership, suggesting continuous improvements. * **Compliance and Regulatory Conformance:** * Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to occupational safety, such as the NRs, as well as company- or sector-specific regulations. * Stay updated on changes in occupational safety and health regulations, implementing necessary adjustments. * **Documentation and Licensing Management:** * Organize and control documentation required by regulatory bodies and auditors (reports, training certificates, licenses, etc.). * Maintain up-to-date records of training, inspections, and procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety Engineering. * **Experience:** Proven experience in implementing safety programs, investigating accidents, and managing risks. * **Certification:** Registration with CREA (Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy). * **Technical Knowledge:** * In-depth knowledge of Regulatory Norms (NRs), especially NR-01, NR-06, NR-09, NR-10, NR-12, NR-35, among others. * Knowledge of risk management, hazard analysis, and occupational safety management systems. * Familiarity with ergonomics, occupational hygiene, and first aid. * **Behavioral Skills:** * Strong communication skills to conduct training and interact with employees and leadership. * Critical analytical ability and decision-making capability. * Proactivity and commitment to continuous safety improvement. * Team spirit and ability to positively influence colleagues regarding the importance of occupational safety. * **Availability to work in Pavuna and Queimados** **Additional Information** **Beyond a growth-oriented environment, we offer our team:** * Market-competitive salary * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher; * On-site meals; * Life insurance; * University partnership program; * Pharmacy partnership program; * Food allowance; * Discounts on our products via our online store. ### **ABOUT LIMPPANO** A national company with over 60 years of operation, Limppano is a leader in dry cleaning, household chemicals, and home fragrances.
