Come make history with us! \#**WeAreVitus** \#**ForALifeWithoutPain** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:** * Welcome all patients; * Direct patients to reception and guide them to appropriate locations, always prioritizing accuracy of information and unit security; * Guide patients regarding directions to consultation rooms, procedure rooms, and examination areas; * Control access and circulation of people within the unit; * Close access doors after regular business hours, while remaining mindful of patients’ usual access patterns to maintain internal circulation; * Monitor entries, focusing attention on abnormal situations to ensure environmental safety and organization; * Control entry and exit of equipment, identifying equipment and verifying authorization for movement of assets and individual identification to prevent potential theft or misappropriation of equipment; * Record all incidents and daily situations in occurrence logs for future reference and proper briefing of subsequent shifts. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Good verbal fluency and courtesy. **Desirable Requirements:** * Flexible availability (occasional schedule changes); * Experience in healthcare—will be considered a plus. **Additional Information** **Location:** Botafogo \- Rio de Janeiro \- RJ **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM; Saturdays on rotating schedule. **Benefits:** Meal Allowance, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Total Pass, and Transportation Allowance Vitus Group was founded in 2019 with the goal of expanding our approach to caring for and valuing our patients’ health, with the purpose of creating**an active and pain-free Brazil.** We comprise brands with over 45 years of experience in healthcare.
