




Job Summary: The professional will perform masonry and civil construction work, following drawings and instructions to build, renovate, or repair structures. Key Highlights: 1. Carry out masonry, concrete, and other material works, guided by drawings, schematics, or received instructions, using appropriate processes, tools, and materials to build, renovate, or repair structures and other civil construction works (beams, footings, sidewalks, platforms, pipe passages, industrial constructions and installations, etc.); **Responsibilities and Duties** Verify the characteristics of the work to be performed by inspecting sites, structures, possible interferences, specifications, etc., to select materials and define required operations; Prepare mortars by mixing materials (cement, sand, stone, soil, etc.) in appropriate proportions to obtain the ideal compound for use in construction works; Select, prepare, and position bricks or stones, placing them in suitable positions using appropriate tools to enable construction of walls, buildings, and other masonry structures; Construct or repair masonry structures, observing levels and slopes while paying attention to load-bearing conditions, to build belts, beams, columns, footings, pillars, sidewalks, platforms, mast foundations, handrails, etc.; Prepare trenches for pipe passages by clearing, cleaning, and preparing areas, assisting in structural installation work to support duct installation or repair; Install or repair building systems (hydraulic, doors, windows, locks, etc.), leveling them appropriately to ensure safety and perfection of civil works; perform masonry restoration work and corrective maintenance of building systems, repairing walls, beams, floors, replacing parts, anchoring damaged bases, etc., using and assembling scaffolding where applicable to restore structures and installations; Construct wooden templates, paying attention to specified dimensions and adjusting them appropriately according to received instructions, to guide Field Machine Operators during earthmoving operations; FORM-GRH-107 PAGE 2 / 3 Assist in pipeline assembly, welding, mechanical or plumbing work, and equipment handling, following instructions to support system maintenance activities; Keep tools, materials, and the workplace orderly and in good condition by performing periodic cleaning and storing items properly to ensure satisfactory cleanliness and organization; Remain vigilant regarding unsafe acts or conditions in internal or outsourced teams, reporting and/or taking preventive measures as per institutional instructions; Comply with policies, procedures, and standards established by the specific management system, using protective equipment, observing regulatory norms and procedures, reporting deviations, and proposing corrections for unsafe acts to contribute to implementing and maintaining normative, legal, and regulatory requirements governing the SGI1\. Participate in internal events / campaigns / training related to the SGI; Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity, at the discretion of the supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Minimum Education:** Incomplete elementary school – 4th grade. **Technical Competencies:** (Knowledge, specializations, qualifications, certifications, registrations) Completion of a specialized school course (e.g., SENAI, SENAC) is desirable. **Behavioral Profile:** (Skills and attitudes) Promptness, focused attention, interest, initiative, discipline, teamwork spirit, and strong interpersonal relationship skills. **Previous Experience:** (Minimum time in role or related activities) Minimum 2 years of proven experience in this role. **Teams and Hierarchical Reporting:** Reports to the Maintenance Supervisor. **Specific Conditions:** (Differentiated work schedule, adverse conditions, etc.) Works in operational systems, constructing supporting pillars, structures, etc. **Environmental Risks:** (Health and Safety aspects) Details of environmental and ergonomic risks will be defined through the PGR – Risk Management Program and the Ergonomic Analysis Report, specific to each workplace and business unit, such as: LAI – Identification of Aspects and Impacts, and LPD – Identification of Hazards and Damages. **Training** (mandatory and enhancement) 1\. For members of the Emergency Brigade, mandatory courses include Fire Fighting and First Aid; 2\. For members of the CIPA, the mandatory course is “Basic CIPA Concepts”; 3\. For employees designated to execute or supervise confined space work, the mandatory course is “NR-33”; 4\.
