This momentum demands operational excellence, governance, compliance, and a sustained focus on efficiency and sustainable value creation. **About the Position** Serve as the technical reference and leader for Process and Safety disciplines in Engineering projects for the Oil & Gas (E&P) segment. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead Process Engineering and Safety disciplines in multidisciplinary projects. * Develop, review, and validate engineering documents, such as: + PFD (Process Flow Diagram); + P&ID (Process and Instrumentation Diagram); + Cause-and-Effect Matrix; + Process Calculation Memos; + Sizing of piping and equipment; + Safety Layouts; + Area Classification Drawings; + Other technical documents of the discipline. * Conduct and participate in process risk and safety analysis studies, including: + HAZOP; + LOPA; + Installed SIL; + Gas Dispersion Studies; + AQR; + APR; + Other process safety studies. * Contribute to continuous improvement of the company's engineering processes, methodologies, and standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. **Experience and Technical Knowledge** * Familiarity with ANP regulations. * Knowledge of standards: + API; + ABNT NBR; + NFPA; + IEC; + NORSOK. **Behavioral Competencies** * Assertive communication. * Emotional intelligence. * Critical thinking and analytical ability. * Creativity in problem-solving. * Adaptability and resilience. * Teamwork and multidisciplinary collaboration. * Technical leadership and influence capability. **Work Location:** Rio de Janeiro - RJ.
