Collaborative and transformative work environment We are looking for a committed, organized, and technically skilled professional to join Chai School as a Maintenance Technician. The professional will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance services on school facilities, ensuring full infrastructure functionality and contributing to a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. We seek someone with professional conduct, a strong sense of responsibility, proactivity, and attention to detail, who works collaboratively and preventively to maintain the school premises. Responsibilities * Perform plumbing, low-voltage electrical, masonry, and painting services in common areas; * Monitor the operation of water pumps and water tanks to ensure adequate water supply; * Provide operational support across all institutional areas, including painting, carpentry, masonry, electrical work, and refrigeration; * Supervise and support third-party service providers during specialized maintenance activities; * Keep the workplace clean and organized; * Report any issues or additional maintenance needs to supervisors; * Strictly comply with occupational safety regulations and correctly use PPE. Requirements * Prior experience in maintenance; * Basic knowledge of plumbing, painting, electrical systems, and general repairs; * Proactive, organized, and responsible profile; * Ability to act preventively and resolve problems efficiently; * Commitment to safety standards; Preferred Qualifications: * Basic knowledge of refrigeration; * NR-10 and NR-35 certifications will be considered advantageous. * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on split-type and ACJ air-conditioning units; What We Offer: * Transportation Allowance; * On-site meals (breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack). * Health insurance plan with co-payment; * Collaborative and transformative work environment.
