Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to operate cargo handling equipment, such as forklifts and cranes, ensuring safety and efficiency in the transportation, storage, and lifting of materials. We seek a professional to operate cargo handling equipment, with a focus on forklifts and cranes. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the transportation, storage, and lifting of materials and equipment, conducting all activities with maximum safety and efficiency. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in cargo handling, warehouse, and yard activities; * Operate forklifts of all types and models according to their load capacities and the required certifications, respecting operational limits defined by procedures and work instructions; * Operate mobile cranes according to their load capacities and the required certifications, respecting operational limits defined by procedures and work instructions; * Operate Aerial Work Platforms (AWP), as per specific certification, for safe elevated operations; * Load and unload materials and equipment, arranging them in yards and warehouses at the base; * Sort materials and segregate non-conforming cargo; * Perform cargo handling operations with focus on the safety of involved personnel and the integrity of company and client assets; * Conduct loading and unloading operations in cargo units; * Perform daily equipment checklists, maintain equipment cleanliness and preservation, ensuring good operating conditions and safe operation in accordance with SMS and Operations procedures; * Comply with Safety, Environment, and Health (SMS) standards defined in company procedures and work instructions; * Identify and control hazards and risks related to the job position, also protecting the environment; * Refrain from performing tasks for which one is not properly trained, qualified, or authorized; * Immediately report any critical deviation, incident, or accident to the supervisor or safety technician; * Halt any activity deemed unsafe; * Work collaboratively, focusing on safety, quality, and professional conduct even under adverse conditions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed Elementary Education; **Desirable Requirements:** * Experience operating forklifts; * Experience operating Aerial Work Platforms (AWP); * Experience operating cranes. **Additional Information** We care about the well-being of our people, offering benefits and support that promote a higher quality of life. * Nutrition support: Food Allowance/Meal Voucher; * Physical health support: Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, TotalPass, and Tele-nutrition services; * Mental health support: Zenklub; * Support for new mothers: Baby Gift Basket, “Mothers On Board” Program; * Professional development support: E-learning platform; Partnership Club; * Social support: Life Insurance and HR Health SOS Channel; * Leisure: Travel discount benefits; * Commuting: Transportation Voucher; * Christmas Bonus; * Annual Profit Sharing (PLR). **Together, we transform realities.** We are **Wilson Sons**, connecting Brazil to the world through port and maritime operations for over **188 years**.
