This person will be responsible for coordinating maintenance teams and outsourced service providers, planning renovations and improvements, standardizing processes, and ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your mission will be:** * Coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance activities (air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, masonry, painting, etc.) across all units in the network. * Manage and supervise school construction and renovation projects, ensuring quality, deadlines, and budget adherence. * Monitor and ensure execution of contracts with infrastructure service providers (landscaping, technical cleaning, elevators, property security, etc.). * Develop and monitor performance indicators (SLA, internal NPS, budget, service requests, etc.). * Create and implement standard operating manuals and procedures for all units. * Conduct technical assessments and propose continuous improvement solutions for school buildings. * Monitor financial performance and ensure CAPEX and OPEX budget compliance for assigned units. * Ensure compliance with safety, accessibility, health surveillance, and other applicable legislation. * Collaborate closely with pedagogical and administrative teams at schools to guarantee a welcoming, functional, and safe physical environment. * Conduct meetings and follow through on necessary procedures for Impulso’s operations with competent authorities (SEED, Fundepar, health surveillance, among others). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience coordinating infrastructure in school, hospital, hotel, or corporate networks. * Technical knowledge in building maintenance, construction projects, occupational safety, sanitary legislation, and accessibility. * Proficiency in maintenance management tools, Microsoft Office suite, and service request platforms. * Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings. * Experience managing technical teams (in-house and outsourced) is desirable. * Valid driver’s license (Class B) and willingness to travel if required. **Additional Information** Working hours: 44 hours per week.
