Handle occupational safety and accident prevention **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, from 07:00 to 17:00; Friday, from 07:00 to 16:00. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code Assign services for execution to employees and contractors; Guide and supervise the execution of in-house and outsourced services; Execute and verify marking of services before proceeding with further execution; Conduct timely evaluations of services performed by contractors; Report on-site issues and requirements to the site engineer; Carry out services in accordance with the project’s planning and schedule; Record data under their responsibility, including inspections, evaluations, workforce control, and others; Participate in DDS (Daily Safety Meetings), quality meetings, and other meetings; Track and document team participation in project meetings and training sessions; Ensure all team members are aware of the company’s quality policy, standards, and procedures; Individually assess each employee and contractor regarding knowledge gained from training sessions and meetings; Inform the site engineer about hiring and termination needs for employees; Participate in the recruitment process for project staff; Conduct technical interviews with candidates for project positions; Monitor PPE usage by employees and contractors on site; Collaborate with the safety team on preventive and corrective actions to avoid accidents; Implement environmental condition prevention measures on site; Hold physical schedule meetings with their teams. Request maintenance (preventive and corrective) of rented equipment from equipment rental companies; **Requirements:** Incomplete Elementary Education Preferred: Completed Higher Education in Engineering and/or Technical Course in Construction.
