We seek a professional with solid technical experience, leadership presence onboard, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly across teams, vessels, and shore-based operations. **Requirements** Responsibilities* Represent DOF Subsea Brasil onboard the vessel, taking responsibility for the **planning, coordination, and technical supervision of diesel engine maintenance services** * Coordinate interfaces with **vessels** and executing teams, where applicable, limited to the scope of four-stroke engine maintenance; * Monitor receipt and return of parts, tools, and materials designated for diesel engine maintenance services; * Establish Mobilization and Demobilization lists for equipment linked to four-stroke engine maintenance services; * Contribute to or guide teams regarding safety requirements related to diesel engine maintenance. * Perform **failure analysis on four-stroke diesel engines**, including data collection, technical diagnosis, and root cause identification; * Implement, monitor, and follow up on **corrective and preventive actions** arising from failure analyses; * Take responsibility for quality control of services delivered within the scope of four-stroke engine maintenance; * Issue and certify technical reports when required; * Ensure production and organization of technical documentation upon completion of maintenance services (inventory data, reports, correspondence, and digital files); * Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with the company’s quality and safety standards, limited to the scope of planning and supervision of four-stroke engine maintenance and related activities. Academic / Technical Qualifications (Education / Technical Training) * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent experience with engine manufacturers; Experience (Experience) * Experience as an Engine Superintendent, Engineer, or Service Coordinator for engines, preferably with medium- and high-speed four-stroke engines, such as: * + Wärtsilä + Bergen Engines + MAN Energy Solutions + MAK + Caterpillar * Knowledge of protection systems, speed governors, automation, and other systems integrated with engines. * Offshore operational experience will be considered a significant advantage. Technical Skills (Technical Skills) * Operational leadership onboard; * Ability to plan and coordinate multidisciplinary teams; * Systemic view of operations; * Strong focus on quality, safety, and results; * Decision-making under pressure. Location Onshore operations, Rio de Janeiro or Macaé. Willingness to travel.
