Job Summary: The professional will support the organization and monitoring of technology projects, ensuring schedule updates and facilitating communication among teams. Key Highlights: 1. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you daily:** --------------------------------- * Support project organization and monitoring, ensuring schedule updates, deliverables, and other controls; * Monitor and keep project boards (JIRA) up to date, paying attention to sprints and planned activities; * Participate in meetings with the Projects team and technical areas (IT); * Organize meeting minutes, documents, and delivery checklists; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of project monitoring and execution processes; * Serve as the communication bridge between technical areas and the Projects team, facilitating information flow; **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **We are looking for someone who:** * Thinks and acts from the customer's perspective.
