Join us in driving this transformation! **Work Location:** Rio de Janeiro, RJ (Iguá Rio de Janeiro S.A). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Verify and update customer records in the field via the system; * Identify customer needs, resolve doubts, address issues, provide proper guidance to customers, and support business continuity; * Issue and deliver water consumption bills; * Be responsible for maintaining and returning the meter reading equipment to the department supervisor; * Perform tape cutoff (notification of water supply interruption) and curbstop cutoff (water supply interruption – application of seal), at required locations, in compliance with Service Orders (SO); * Perform curbstop reconnection and new connections, meeting customer requirements; * Conduct meter reading reviews (review of meter readings – water meters), ensuring accurate information and numbers; * Conduct self-consumption inspections; * Drive company vehicles when external service is required, adhering to traffic safety rules and regulations; * Perform general curbstop-related tasks, including seal installation as needed for connection regularization; * Comply with internal policies related to quality, environment, compliance, occupational health and safety, among others, pursuing continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Valid and permanent driver’s license, Category B (desirable).
