Responsibilities: * Report to work at the times agreed upon with your supervisor, without delays or early arrivals. * Briefly report any health-related issues or anticipated absences from work. * Verify that equipment used for washing glasses, plates, and cutlery has been correctly turned off and on. * Prepare cleaning products to be used. * Clean and maintain hygiene in customer restrooms within the store. * Perform internal cleaning of the entire store before opening. * Follow the store’s specific cleaning schedule for designated areas. * Comply with any instructions from the manager—even if such instructions modify the cleaning schedule—prior to store opening. * Clean and maintain hygiene in employee restrooms. * Clean the entire external area of the store. * Clean the staircase leading to the upper floor. * Check and clean customer restrooms every two hours, as needed. * Clean all storage areas under supervision of the responsible person. * Respond promptly to any calls for cleaning the store, bar, or kitchen due to unexpected incidents. * Keep the cleaning support area clean and organized. * Verify that garbage bags are intact to prevent spillage or mess in the storage area. * Store garbage in an orderly manner throughout the day. * Remove garbage from the store to an appropriate collection point at closing time. * Carry out all activities assigned by the manager. * Know and apply all company rules regarding cleaning, hygiene, and preservation of company property. * Perform new or unfamiliar tasks, as directed by the manager after receiving instructions. * Seek information or clarification from the present supervisor when encountering situations or orders for which you are unprepared, uncertain, or unfamiliar—before proceeding.
