Key responsibilities of our **Logistics Supervisor**: Responsible for leading and ensuring the smooth operation of the store’s logistics function, guaranteeing compliance with processes defined by the Operations Directorate. Manages the team (timekeeping control, support in hiring, training, performance evaluation, and development), as well as organizing and controlling inventory—including receiving, warehousing, order picking, shipping, stocktaking, and balance adjustments. Manages the fleet, delivery routing, and carrier oversight, ensuring correct issuance of invoices, document verification, and returns administration. Plans, monitors, and optimizes logistics activities through KPIs, follow-up meetings, and cross-departmental integration. Also responsible for managing PPE and uniforms, maintaining the warehouse and facility jointly with management, ensuring sound operational practices, effective inter-team communication, and continuous process improvement. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field; * Proven experience in logistics; * Experience leading or supervising operational teams; * Knowledge of logistics processes (receiving, warehousing, order picking, shipping, and inventory control); * Experience managing both physical and system-based inventory; * Familiarity with issuing and verifying invoices, freight bills (CTEs), and returns; * Knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs); * Basic occupational safety knowledge and PPE usage; * Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel). Preferred Qualifications: * Postgraduate degree, MBA, or specialized courses in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or People Management; * Experience managing an in-house fleet and overseeing third-party carriers; * Courses or training in leadership, team management, and feedback.
