This professional will be responsible for managing wait times for tables and organizing the waiting area ethically, consistently keeping customers calm and entertained. Candidates are expected to demonstrate adaptability and composure when handling more intense waiting situations with excellence—without compromising friendliness or professional demeanor. Additionally, they may occasionally assist the rest of the team by serving tables, promoting teamwork.
