Job Responsibilities and Duties: * Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate department, registering such calls when the department fails to respond; * Notify the unit's security officer when necessary, requiring formal documentation for cases involving public security agencies; * Schedule medical examinations as needed, coordinating reservations with the unit/laboratory and notifying relevant departments; * Support institutional event execution—including activity implementation and family engagement—to ensure successful delivery and client acceptance of events; * Arrange taxi services for families, visitors, and residents whenever required; * Assist in entering data into the HIS system, financial control spreadsheets, and surveillance spreadsheets; support drafting and digitizing commercial contracts, ensuring proper process execution; * Organize files, documents, and correspondence; maintain up-to-date and properly labeled medical records; forward records to responsible parties as needed; * Maintain patient registration records, entering admission and discharge movements to keep files current; * Support the Human Resources Administration Department—under the HR Directorate—in routine personnel activities, ensuring compliance with legislation and providing employee support including electronic timekeeping management; * Verify the daily census and submit it to the responsible person; * Enter invoices into the system according to established procedures, and inspect materials and other deliveries received by the unit; * Request daily extension authorizations from health insurance providers; forward additional requests to operators upon instruction; Prerequisites and Qualifications: "Completed high school education or currently pursuing higher education. Minimum Educational Requirement: High School (Secondary Education)
