Main Responsibilities * Prepare sauces (saucier) and produce large volumes with precision and a high technical standard. * Ensure the ideal doneness and perfect cooking of each preparation, following established standards. * Strictly comply with company hygiene, food safety, and good practice regulations. * Follow airline-defined menus, respecting cycles, specifications, and operational demands. * Control food cost by minimizing waste and contributing to a more efficient operation. * Correctly use internal tools, such as operational checklists. * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of equipment and machinery. * Contribute to a safe, organized, and productive work environment. Requirements * Minimum 6 months of experience in Industrial Kitchen or related areas (verified). * Completed High School education.
